     (Setting method can be a little different depending on IE version)
   
    1． Click Web Phone Link or open the Dialer Soft
    2． Mouse right click the warning message that appears on the top of Prepaid 24H Web Phone screen.
    3． Click ActiveX control install.
    4． Click Install when the sub window displays, Do you want to install this software? (Repeat 3 times)
    5． If you click the cell phone shaped button, screen color changes and you can use the Web Phone.
    6． Press the card number and the destination phone number to call, and use it.
       (it's the same as using the card).
