Can I use this Prepaid 24H to call any destination country from Japan?
Yes, sure! You can call any country by any type of phone in Japan. Even you can call via the webphone from any PC, everywhere to any country. Please access our Forum Help for instruction and discussion!

How can I use this card after I receive it?
We send FREE Prepaid 24H to any customer but the card balance is zero. Therefore, after receiving the card, customer has to visit the 24h convenience stores that accept the Smart Pit Payment System for charging. Customer can make call immediately after successful payment.
The following stores are accepted: Surief, Circkle K, FamilyMart, LAWSON, MiniStop, Sunkus

How can I make international call?
You can make call by dialing to our free access number from your cell phone, landline, Yahoo BB phone and publish phone. Internet Webphone is also available. Please read our User Guide page for details!

Can I use one card forever?
Yes! The Prepaid 24H has NO limit usage or expiration. Please use one card to charge/recharge for life!

My card balance is still remained. Can I recharge it for more duration?
Yes! Your balance will be added. You can also recharge your card more than 2000yen at once (2000 + 2000 + 2000... how many times as you can).

Will I have to pay any other charge?
Absolutely No! Our access numbers are FREE. Only your card balance is subtracted every minute call.

My friends and colleagues also want to use Prepaid 24H. How can?
From mobile phone, please send us customer's Name and Address to free(a)phonecard.jp to receive free cards. The Online Order Form is also available here.

Notes: Remember to include your Room No. if you are in Manson/Apartment. Write your address in Romaji because sometimes our PC system cannot read Kanji correctly.

What are the languages available?
You can select your own language easily (available 10 different languages). Please read our guidance!

What is the Yahoo BB phone?
Yahoo BB Phone is NOT a software, but an IP base phone. If you are using internet line provided by Yahoo BB, you can obtain a Yahoo BB phone number. Use this phone with Prepaid 24H is perfect. You enjoy the best rates.

Can I become a Card Distributor or resell it?

We are very sorry! Prepaid 24H Smart Pit Card is a FREE gift delivery to anyone. Our strategy is bringing the lowest rates to foreigners here and for those who ussually make call abroad from Japan. We cannot pay for card agent or advertisement.

But you can browse the Product page to find out other prepaid cards which are one time end-use (one time use without recharge system).
