Prepaid 24H Smart Pit Card - How to Call

Charge and Recharge your Sadia Card:
After receiving the FREE Prepaid 24H Phone Card with balance zero, customer has to visit the convenience stores that accept the Smart Pit Payment System for charging (and also recharging later on). Customer can make call immediately after payment.
Customer can charge/recharge Prepaid 24H more than 2000yen at once (2000 + 2000 + 2000... how many times as you can).
The following stores are accepted: Surief, Circkle K, FamilyMart, LAWSON, MiniStop, Sunkus

Please keep the receipt from the convenience store!
Prepaid 24H Smart Pit card is never expired! To be used for years!

To make International Call by Mobile Phone:
Step 1: Please dial by a combination of access number and destination number!!
- SoftBank Mobile Phone: #77880 + country code + area code + phone number
- AU Mobile Phone: 00534900 + country code + area code + phone number
Step 2: Enter ID Card and press #

(*) Other Mobile Phones (Docomo, Tuka, Willcom...):
- Dial 0053.100.8317 then follow the voice guidance to input your ID number and #,
- At last, Enter your country code + area code + phone number and # button.

Step 1: Please make free dial to our access number!
- Home/Work Phone: 0120-924-135 or 0053.100.8317
- Yahoo BB Phone: 050-1116-2580
- Public box: 0120-944-338 (All over Japan)
- Public box in Tokyo (03), Osaka (06), Nagoya (052), Fukuoka (092) and Hiroshima (045): 0120-933-674
Step 2: Enter ID Card and press #
Step 3: Enter the destination number: Country code + Area Code + Phone number and press #

Notes for Prepaid 24H Phone Card:

- Please make sure to dial the correct access number from your appropriate phone!
- Customer can select card language at the first use. After ID Card and # at step 2, listen to the system and press the correct number for your desire language: (1) Japanese; (2) Korean; (3) Chinese; (4) English; (5) Portuguese; (6) Spanish; (7) Thai; (8) Vietnamese; (9) Indonesian; (0) Russian.
- Customer will enjoy the same great calling rates as home phone if can dial 0120-933-674 from public phone in Tokyo (03), Osaka (06), Nagoya (052), Fukuoka (092) and Hiroshima (045). Please refer the rates table or product page!
- Attention for home phone/Yahoo BB phone user, at Step 2, if customer makes input the correct ID card and press #, but the system requires you to enter it again and again, please press * before your ID Card (* and ID card and #).
- Sadia Card can be used throughout Japan by any phone type and can be via the web.
- To call a phone number in Japan, please follow the three steps as above! (but Step 3: just need to press the phone number in Japan and ending by #).
- Use coin to make free dial to 0120-933-674 / 0120-944-338! Do not insert Prepaid 24H into the box!
* With SoftBank & AU Mobile Phone, the system will automatically register your ID Card to your phone number for the next calls. Customer does not have to input ID card number for later call. Remove it if you are not using your own mobile to make call!

Change the card language:
If you had mistook while selecting your card language you can do reselect it yourseft by the following 2 teps!
- Step 1: Use any mobile phone or landline and dial 0053-100-8317 -> press ID card and # . Then wait about 3seconds, press # again!
- Step 2: Ok! The next time you call, you will require to resellect your language.

To register your ID card to your phone number, please dial the access number, press ID card and #, then press * button right after that! (=> ID card + # + *)

Remove ID card from a phone number:

If your ID card was registered to an unexpected phone number, please follow the guide below to remove its registration!
* If the ID card was registered to a mobile phone number, use that mobile to dial free number 0053-100-8317 and press # to remove!
* If the ID card was registered to a landline phone, use that landline phone to dial free number 0053-100-8317 and press # to remove!
* If the ID card was registered to a Yahoo BB phone, use any mobile phone or landline phone to dial 0053-100-8317 -> press that ID card and # . Then wait about 3seconds, press # one more time!
